Built-in fire-fighting pump
CONSTRUCTION:
The pump is a two-stage, centrifugal impeller pump mounted on a vehicle and driven by a vehicle engine. The pump’s shaft is sealed by one mechanical seal. The flanges, in standard execution, are equipped with fire-nozzles – a suction flange with a nozzle 110 according to the standard PN-91/M-51038 and a discharge flange with a nozzle 75. The flanges type and their dimensions can be different according to our customer request. The built-in fire-fighting pumps are made in various versions depending on driven type and equipment:
- A16/8 – 336 with possibility of transverse drive and a vacuum device,
- A 16/8 – 337 axial drive and a vacuum device,
- A16/8 – 338, A8/8-PO7 – 338, A8/8-PO7 – 340 axial drive, the pump’s shaft ended by a splines or a pin with inlet, without a vacuum device and a basis.
The end part of the pump shaft, the basis type and equipment are made on a customer request.

APPLICATION:
The built-in fire-fighting pumps are designed for mounting on fire-trucks, sprinkler-trucks and tanks.
The pumps can pump clean and slightly polluted water.
PARAMETERS:
The pump parameters depend on number of a drive shaft rotations.
Nominal parameters: capacity Q = 1600 l/min at delivery head H = 80 m
Rotations: n = 2100 ÷ 4100 obr/min
Note: the pump shaft direction of rotation – right, looking from the drive side.
